I’m having a weird issue with the entire UI (menus, buttons, etc.) being offset in version 3.2.1. Everything is lower on screen. You can see by my screenshot, that when maximized, there is a gap at the top of the window. When I go to click on anything, I have to click ABOVE the menu or button to actually hit it.

Thanks for your reply, John. I have followed your video and uploaded the DXDiag text file. I also uploaded a screen snip that shows there appears to be an invisible, extra bar above the file menu that is bumping the entire window down.
I would also like for you to try updating the GPU driver to ensure that you are on the latest updated driver for your card. You can do this by following the steps below:
-
Open your Device Manager
-
Go to Display adapters and double-click on your GPU. Then go to the Driver tab and Update the driver.

I will note that the machine information you sent over indicates that you only have about 1 GB of VRAM which would mean this machine does not meet our Minimum System Requirements, which is 6GB of VRAM.
It is recommended that v3.0.4 or v2.4.2 be used, which may give you a more stable application for this machine. You can use the following links to download these installers for your review:
-
Topaz Photo AI | v2.4.2 | Windows Installer
-
Released March 28th, 2024
- Older interface, will be fastest version your computer can run
-
-
Topaz Photo AI | v3.0.4 | Windows Installer
-
Released June 13th, 2024
-
Newer interface that all v3 have, but v3.0.4 does not have the new Autopilot updates
-
Can sometimes work on underpowered machines, however will be slower than v2.4.2
