Web-based video upscaling: issues with uploading video

I am trying to use the Video upscale feature in the web-based topazlabs. I have a low-res (480p) mp4 video which is around 52 minutes long and 2.33GB in size and would like to upscale it to 1080p. I already purchased sufficient credits and tried to upload my video using Upload video. However, it gave me an upload error and subtracted credits. On contacting support, they said it is in the queue and would refund me the credits if it did not go through. And it did refund me the credits, since it didn’t go through.

My question is - why did it not go through? Is the video too big? Is there a size restriction for the video upload? I would like to get this clarified before I try uploading my video again.

Thanks,
Mani

It could either be a file compatibility issue or an internet hiccup, either on the upload side or the server side. File needs to be either AV1, VP9, H.264, H.265 codecs in the MP4 container. Have you tried again and did it work?
