"We need to refresh your credentials"

Both Gigapixel and Video AI came up with this today and required another me to “activate”. I often work remotely and this could be a pretty an issue. I had downloaded the models so there shouldn’t be any issue there.

  • Do these programs not work offline?
  • Or do they require periodic online checks?
  • How often are those checks?
  • Why wasn’t this noted during purchase?
  • Is there a way to allow activation once and not have to go through this again?
