Since the update when I start up Video AI 5.0.3 I get a message to activate, which I do and the browser page says I’m logged in and proceed. Checked my purchases on the product page and it indicates Video AI is active. However the output videos now all have watermarks! (grrrr) Not including log file since there are no errors, just faulty execution. My AMD CPU, GPU and chipset drivers are all up to date.

In the app, try logging out and also logging out on the website. Clear the cookies and cache in your web browser and then log back in and then open the app again and click activate. This should clear and reconnect your license.
