Watermark still present after licence purchase - Video AI 5.3.3

I owned the licence for quite some time now. After it expired last week, I purchased an extension. Now any video conversion includes watermark even still after several licence activations and verifications.

Try going to the “My Products" page and logging out of your account, then clear the cookies and cache for your browser. Then log back in and try activating the app again.

The logs are showing that the authentication token is not being refreshed, which means something in your browser or on your system is blocking it. Are you running any anti-virus or VPN connections?
