VTopaz Video AI v3.2.4 updated now can't open files. Safari V16.4

Can’t open files for processing, after installing the latest update.

Hi @hudson53hornet, are you seeing an error when this happens? If so, please send us a screenshot of the error. Also, please send us your Log files the next time this error occurs along with your computer’s system profile.

How To Obtain Your System Profile (Mac)

This is a known issue with the latest version of the app that our developers are currently working on patching. For now, you can follow these steps to restore app functionality:

  1. Uninstall Topaz Video AI
  2. Delete the app’s .plist files - How To Delete Your Plist Files
  3. Reboot your Mac
  4. Reinstall

There is no error code displayed.

I open the app, the Opening page is displayed, I click on browse, the Mac finder page is displayed, I select a video file and click on select. The finder page disappears, and the screen returns to the blank opening page.


Did @tony.topazlabs’s steps above help out or is the same thing occurring after performing those steps?
