Videos/Import are not opened correctly, Output-Menus are strange. Whole Software is laggy, do not respond correctly or at all. V3.3.0 worked perfectly fine

Could I take a look at the app’s log files to see what is causing the error in Video AI?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
Solution:
The behaviour was because of the “preset-problem” I had a custom preset configured as the default.
Had to delete it, and configure it new. Then saved as preset and default again.
That helped
