Videos are rendering as stuttered

I have tried this on 2 machines now:
1 - rtx4090/intel 12th gen/64gb
2 -rtx4080/intel 13th gen/32gb

HUGE ISSUE in v3.5.1 topaz!!

Renders in 1080 all the way up to 8k are all coming up stuttered, no matter what output encoder i choose. see https://youtu.be/1TX9T_r529k for 5 second output.
Even the previews stutter, and arent synced in side by side mode.

Prior to updates yesterday (including latest windows update with new features) everything encoded fine.
please advise. can i wind back to previous version? urgent job needs to complete!

Update: am using a backup backup with topaz 3.4.4 on it. works fine with all windows updates. issue IS with Topaz V3.5.1. i havent tried v3.5.0 - is there a way i can just update to v 3.5 and downgrade to 3.4.4 should it not work?

Yes downgrading works…just pick the older version you like here:

hi, i gave you a utube link to what its doing, try it again, its unlisted, not private now.
uninstalling 3.5.1 and installing 3.5.0 solved the issue. so i guess ill have to wait until the next version and skip 3.5.1!!

just an update to others that updated to 3.5.1 with all the latest windows service packs: and latest nvidia driver:

  1. uninstall v 3.5.1
  2. install v3.5

fixes the problem!
might have to wait out until topaz brings out a bug free update post 3.5.1!
