Hello. I have a drive on my NAS that’s write-protected for security reasons. I can’t edit a video from this drive with Topaz Ai Video, even if I’ve moved the output drive to another location. Now I always have to copy the videos somewhere else before I can edit them. Can anyone tell me why?
The app writes the temporary files back to the original source location in most situations, this could be the cause of that issue. Would recommend that you move the file to a local drive for processing and then move back off for archiving and storage.
