I’m a complete amateur and just downloaded Topaz Video AI a couple days ago. I’m upgrading old black and white movies. I’m very impressed with the quality of the upscaling. However, every few minutes or so, there seems to be a split second jump or jitter in the video which is not found in the source material. A timing issue perhaps? Because of this, I’ve not been pleased with any of my results. I checked and I have the most recent update. I don’t believe the issue is with my equipment; I’m using the 4090 processer. Any thoughts?
