This could be an issue with the model downloading to your system for the app to use.
Open the Model Manager and see if any of the models do not have a blue check mark.
File>Model Manager
If checking it and hitting confirm does not download the model, pull the logs and send them to the support team and we can investigate further.
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
