Hi, I have a continual problem wherew some videos will only process part of the clip and I cant work our why. It might be a 2hr video but the program will only process the first few minutes and the result is a 2 min converted clip. I have tried just doing one enhancment at a time but it doesnt foix the problem. It does not happen with every video so i cant determine what feature is causing the error.
Can you share the logs with the support team at help@topazlabs.com so we can review what is going on? Is the system or app shutting down when the processing stops, or is just the export stopping?
We have seen similar issues to this before being caused by hard drive formats limiting file sizes, but these are becoming more rare. Other situations have stemmed from a corrupt packet in the source file causing the processing to stop, or the system hardware hitting a limit due to temperature, power spike, or cache being full.
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
