Video OK, but NO audio track!

After spending about 12+ hours running a 57-minute 1920x1080 res video with Topaz Video AI Version 7.0.2 2025 release…I ended up with a good looking video…but NO AUDIO TRACK!

Were you using Starlight Mini? There are other reports of no audio when using this model: No audio with Starlight mini exports

Can you pull the logs for review and send to the support team? help@topazlabs.com

It is possible that the Audio Mode in the Codec Settings got set to None before the export started. We would need to see the logs to confirm this.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
