Video is converted from 59.47 fps to 7.58 fps problem is still present with TVAI 5.3.1

This is a bug I previously posted about in May that is still present.
The old topic closed after 60 days of inactivity
That is why I am posting this again.

When applying Proteus the fps of the video drops from 59.47 fps to 7.58 fps
System Profile is

Number of Processors: 1
Total Number of Cores: 6

Big Sur 11.7.10

Thanks for sending the file. I ran some tests and looked at the logs from the last forum post you made and the app was reading the tbr (time base real) frame rate at 7.58. I rewrapped the original file using handbrake and brought it back into Video AI and was able to get it to export correctly in 59.47fps.
