lol… you should get proper GPUs for this, I’m using 2x RTX 2080 Ti, running parallel VEAIs, each GPU does half of the video, I’m getting 0.30s/frame on both GPUs!! So in the end, it averages out to be 0.15s/frame! (I discovered that if 2 GPUs are being used, GPU_1 needs to be run as 1st instance, then after it start processing, GPU_0 is then ran as 2nd instance of VEAI, if the order is wrong, one instance would get 0.3s/frame, and the other would only get 0.9s/frame, I think this is due to a bug in VEAI or nVidia driver)
as for your 2nd question, with Gaia-HQ, I tried that before, but It over interpolate the details too much resulting inconsistant results around fine edges such as around eye area of faces. This only occurs on old DVD videos, Gaia-HQ works great if the initial video is of good quality.
