Video Enhance AI -- Never Completes

I’ve tried Video Enhance AI several times with different file and different file types. It does not work. It starts but then never completes while showing changing and changing ETA’s – sometimes up and sometimes down.

I’ve sent in a support report but never heard from Topaz.

You will need to follow up through the help system. Go to support, login, and send a reminder on the actual help request you submitted or reply to the notification you recieved.
