Video Enhance 3.0 does not start

I have allready worked with VE 2.6.2 and installed Videoenhance AI 3.0 for testing. Opening it for the first time was without any problem. I started one job which was finished in the background. But then I could no more open the GUI. VE is listed in the task line as well as in the Task Manager, but it no more shows the GUI! I restarted the PC but no change, I repaired VE but again no change. Then I removed VE and installed it again. Still the same, VE GUI does not open anymore!

I have the same issue. It was working at first, but now it only shows on the taskbar but the GUI doesn’t show. I have tried restarting my PC and reinstalling and repairing VE but have had no luck.

CPU: Intel Core i7-9750H
RAM: 16 GB
OS: Windows 10 Home
