Video AI will not process any of my videos

  • Please update Nvidia driver. Driver does not support the required nvenc API version. Required: 13.0 Found: 12.2.

  • Unfortunately I have the latest Nvidia driver available for my 4090 card.

  • Try changing the output resolution, bitrate or encoder.

The logs are showing that the driver for your GPU is older than what is required to run the app with the new models.

You can get the latest Studio Driver from the NVIDIA drivers update page and install that to your system.

This will resolve the issue you are seeing and allow the videos to process out.
