As soon as I click the Export As button and supply an output path, my job produces an error. Topaz Video AI does not even attempt to process the video.
CPU: Intel i9-14900K 3.2 GHz

Topaz Video AI 6.01
NVidia Geforce RTX 4060 TI with 16 GB of RAM
At one time I was working from an external disk that was mapped as G:. After receiving your feedback, I moved my source material to a local disk that is perminantly mapped as R:. I directed the output to another local disk W:. I am still receiving the same error message as soon as I attempt to export a job. I have removed all previously used sources and confirmed that I am indeed working from the copy on R:. Any ideas? Thanks for your help!
I spent quite a bit of time working on this problem last night. I found that Topaz Video AI was unable to parse my input files. I uninstalled Video AI, updated my NViDIA drivers and then reinstalled Video AI. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. I was only able to work around the problem by installing Video AI version 5.3. 5.3 is able to render videos without issue.
Yes, I have restarted it several times. I have even tried using Hand Brake to convert several of my videos into a different format. I just can’t seem to get the newer version to work. Occasionally, it will start processing a video, but when that happens Video AI either closes or the system blue screens before the job can complete.
I have found a fix to my problems and wanted to provide an update in case this is of help to anyone. I had heard it mentioned that Topaz Video AI might have an issue with the GPU that I was using (Nvidia 4060) so I upgraded to the Nvidia 4090 and then installed the latest version of Video AI. This did not fix the problem. The videos would begin processing and then Video AI would crash after a minute or two.
I verified that I was running the latest OS updates and the latest drivers for all of my hardware. The only component that was not up to date was my system board (ASUS ROG Z790 A wifi ii). I flashed the bios to bring my motherboard up to the latest version and the stability problems all went away. At this point, Video AI is not perfect, as version 6 will not display video previews. However, I am now able to process videos without Video AI crashing.
