When I select the video for processing, Topaz AI will only show the first 60 minutes, it can NOT SEE past the 60 minute mark. I am trying to process a 74 minute video from 1080p to 720p.
When viewing the video in the app, are you only seeing the 60 minutes in the timeline view due to it being zoomed in possibly?
I am sending the logs over to the team to review as well to see what is going on. I took a quick look and did not see any error messages or codes but I am having them do a deeper review.
I am trying to make sure I understand completely what is going on here. The app is not exporting your video past the 60 minute mark nor is it showing it in the preview window?

I have not seen a video being capped at 60 minutes nor have I been able to recreate this issue so far, hence why I am a little stumped on what is going on.

i did a screen recording of the attempt to load and process a 1920x1080 HD video. This shows NO VIDEO after the 60 minute mark. I was only able to process the last 14 minutes by cutting the video in half and then it processed to 720P. Hope this info helps!
