Why no customer service? Why no phone number? Version 3 works just fine. Also I tryed to upscale a 54 minute video using version 4. It only did 11 minutes. I wanna buy the upgrade but I can’t because it don’t work.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file
I sent logs to customer service. Both Version 4 and 5 (the latest) don’t work. When I try an upscale the software shows that its working, but task manager shows no data transfer between the two hard drives I’m using. Version 3 works just fine. I’m so unhappy I can’t upgrade past Version 3.
