I came from a Late 2014 iMac, so it’s a huge improvement, when using Topaz Video AI.
But I chose the base Mac Studio Model, so it’s not too much of a ‘pain’ to replace it with a newer one in 2-3 years. Things are improving really fast right now. For me it was the best option to go with the base model and only upgrade it with 64 GB of RAM. Also because I mostly do image processing - more than enough for my use cases right now (considering my old iMac, which I spec’d out then and which was expensive - that’s why I used my iMac so long
)

why dont you install the 6900xt in a pcie port and remove one W5700x?
Have you had any luck in determining why your 1080p benchmarks are so far below the Windows + RTX 4090 results posted? Is it a macos issue?
