I feel as if I have to keep reminding Topaz Labs of Video AI’s running fault. For months after initially reporting this app’ drops the last frame of clips, it remains unfixed.
Here are my workstation details. I am using a Mac Pro 2019 Intel. Mac OS Sonoma 14.6.1. Video AI version 5.3.3.
A note to your technicians, please fix the frame dropping fault once and for all.
I received an email from your company this morning with the slightly alarmist wording, “Topaz Labs Prices increase Oct 3rd but you’re got the “in” (Action required)”. This was transacted. Now I await your receipt for goods and services purchased.
