Video AI Stabilisation constantly creating an Error notice

With regards to a customer who has regretted the slowness of Topaz Labs’ AI Stabilization, in recent weeks I have not even got to this point as the app’ goes straight to Error, making the tool useless for purpose.

Also, on a less significant matter, each time I am booting Video AI I am still greeted with a Trial notification. This has persisted even after two recent updates. Please fix both issues.

Hi @Jewelboy please reach out to supoprt. We will look at your logs and system profile and see what is going on.

You will briefly see a trial and then it will log you in. This is not an interruption to the app.
