AI Engine - Model Failed

I am trying to upscale 1080p footage, I have tried all the different AI Models to upscale but all of them fail and I get the same error.

Looks like the app is unable to download the models from the web. Do you have a VPN, Firewall, Proxy, or antivirus that could be blocking the connection between the app and the internet?

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I don’t have VPN, Firewall or Proxy. I have standard Norton security but nothing has been flagged on there.

What else could be blocking the connection?

most endpoint security can temporarly disabled, so you can try this out

Thanks for the suggestion, how would I do this?

I tried this but I still got the same error unfortunately, is there anything else as I’m currently unable to use Video AI
