Here’s the error message.
I just bought the video AI. When I opened it, I can’t login. It says no liscense currently available.
I laptop has a 4050 gpu, 16g ram. It’s a good laptop.

issues solved after cleanning the registry
The app was detecting a .lic file somewhere in the models folder that was registering incorrectly.
Clearing the registry should work. If it happens again email the support team at help@topazlabs.com and we can provide some other steps to help resolve the issue.
