Every time I boot the app it says ‘activate’. I click it and it goes to the browser and says successful but the app is still in trial mode. It has water marks on output videos. Can anyone help with this?

I have this too, Version: 3.4.4. Mac M1 Ventura 13.1
I found the solution, my company uses a VPN that was stopping it from communicating with Topaz. Had to arrange for this to be allowed through our server.
