Video AI cuts output short

Trying to process a 30 minute file, upres SD to HD (prores 422 hq). No matter where I start the edit trim, the output is always around 2 minutes, and exactly the same file size on disk (2.15 GB). Is there some kind of file size limit that is not posted?

Processing prefs:

Use: AMD Radeon Pro 5600M
max memory usage: 100%
Max processes: 4

Video AI v3.1.11. Logs attached.
