For a few days I have experienced Video AI crashing on the drag and drop of files, or importing a file via Finder. Please advise.
Not quite the same problem and probably pretty obvious, but have you updated your graphics driver? Fixed my issue, although mine was crashing once it started processing.
Thank you Mark locker. I am working on a Mac and the graphics driver is automatically updated when the OS system is updated.
Currently MacOS Ventura 13.5.2 is running the computer and I’m reluctant to install MacOS Sonoma until third party software vendors all sing nicely from the same song sheet. I could upgrade to Sonoma but the blogs suggest this is unwise at the moment.
