I am currently experiencing problems with Video AI. This morning I successfully output de-noised, sharpened and de_blocked 2K files from your app. These I opened easily in After Effects for grading, etc.
However, one preparatory file - that opens and plays in After Effects - once dragged and dropped in to Video AI, de-noised, sharpened and de_blocked at 2K and 4K, then rendered - will not open in After Effects.
I have tried the following steps: installing your last update from the app’ itself. Removing the older app’ from my workstation, then downloading the app’ from your site and reinstalling it again.
Basically, After Effects and Premier Pro’s reading of corrupted Video AI files occurred before I updated your app’ and after I updated to app.
Please help.
