I may not be the only customer to relate this reoccurring error. Once again Video AI is creating unwanted fluorescent artefacts when simply called on to upscale video with Iris as an enhancement choice.
Why is this so, and why cannot this running error be corrected once and for all?
You need to provide more detail (models and settings used) and screenshots clearly showing the artifacts if you expect this to even be looked at by the devs.
I understand David123 and I will endeavour to do so. In any event this reoccurring error should be seen as part of the application itself.
Like many digital artists I need to keep working. Frankly, when this kind of road block to my workflow occurs it is easier to go to another vendor’s video upscaling product that doesn’t have a history of uneven performance.
