Video AI 7 Export freeze during processing

Hi,

Since installing version 7, Video AI has been unusable for me. Systematically, during a simple processing (resize and slow motion) the process freezes randomly. In the export queue the remaining time freezes. No error message is displayed. On the same processing restarted several times the freeze occurs at least 4 times out of 5 and at random time. I completely reinstalled the software, it does not change the problem. My Nvidia card drivers are up to date. I never had this problem with previous versions of Video AI.

The latest log files are from 2023, can you double check that logging is enabled?

Help > logging > Logging. There should be a checkmark next to it.

I emptied the logs directory and reinstalled version 7. The logs are enabled but only 2 files in the log directory.

Get logs for support command creates 1 zip files with 4 files in it : audio-codec.json, auth.tpz, proxy.json and video-encoders.json
