Wow, that’s one old tune! Have done tooons of research since (even posted a guide on reddit that gained a lot of traction) and a lot of those timings are actually too tight and see regression. It also wasn’t fully stable as i didn’t know how to properly stability test. I settled with 10 cycles of TM5 1usmus v3 config back then.

This is what i run now:

Here’s a link with a few more stability test runs and misc.:

Edit* and here’s a benchmark with a 5080 undervolted and overclocked to 2960MHz@930mV, PBO tuned 9950x3d and manually tuned memory:

Great results! Do u also have AIDA benches ?

Wow great results.
I have not tuned up my CPU not my GPU will investigate in reddit to make some improvements.

I’m not a big fan of aida64 because it’s easy to manipulate. I can get latency down to ~59ns by changing some settings in bios and if i were to run the benchmark in safe mode. Even have a run at some 55ns on my previous 9900x.

The settings you can change in bios will only help aida64 latency and a couple of other obscure benchmarks but perform worse in all other workloads. There’s also a 3-4ns difference in latency between x3d chips and non-x3d chips from amd (non-x3d showing lower latency in aida64).

The below run is with the same options your typical user would run with, and it’s my everyday tune.

Great numbers.
No benchmark is perfect but AIDA gives a good RAM performance overview imho. And the AIDA numbers seem to correlate to TVAI benchmarks. My RAM is similar to yours but a little less optimized and it shows in AIDA and TVAI numbers (eg Proteus 4X).

I did some improvements but small

Here is a topaz AI benchmark for the Lenovo 5i i9 rtx 5070 regular.

Because I was in a store I couldn’t wait lol

The picture benchmark is 1080 one
The 4k version benchmark I have but it’s incomplete

4 k only
Artemis at 4k was 2.81fps
Iris 2.97 fps
Proteus 2.68 fps

1080 results see picture

On the Lenovo laptop

I see on your aida64 benchmark that your memory is running in 2:1 mode. 6000mhz, but uclk is only at 1500mhz when it should be at 3000mhz. You need to set div mode to uclk=mclk in bios. That should improve your score a lot.

One more thing to keep in mind with laptops is the throttling due to heat. Usually laptops start to throttle after a couple of minutes when they are under heavy load. Since the TVAI benchmark runs relatively short and has some short breaks, u can expect real export numbers to be noticeably lower than the benchmark if the laptop starts to throttle.

Do you have any tips on how to do that? Or a tutorial? Your benchmarks are amazing! I am so have a 9950x3d and a 5090.
