Video AI 5.5 Authentication Token Failed

First things first,
No firewall, No proxy, no VPN, and no antivirus in the way,

Running Windows 11, latest update, also latest version of Video AI from 3 days ago.
Tried Chrome/Firefox/Brave, each gave me different kind of error but all failed to let me log in.
Chrome connects to api.topaz site says the connection is not safe, went ahead and connect anyway and says User Not Found.
Firefox returns to Video AI program but Video AI shows “Authentication Token Failed”
Brave connects to api.topaz site , but says “user action not allow”
Browsers are on the default setting, all browsers are latest version.

Can you send the logs from the app to the support team for review? This way we can try and see which site address is being blocked. help@topazlabs.com

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
