Is it no preblem to start process fps 59.94?

Source file fps is 29.970.

ffmpeg commandline
“C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video AI\ffmpeg” -i “source.mkv” | more

Maybe try remuxing before importing into Topaz, for example with MKVToolnix. Or speed video up 23.976 to 24fps, 29.97 to 30fps and 59.94 to 60fps before using it in Topaz. Of course, this is always time-consuming, audio track must also fps converted then.

I also have some problems with TVAI fps output. Sometimes I get variable frame rate (VFR) out, just sometime…I have to watch this more closely. Something like that is annoying

I tested changing container at first.
I was good.
You gave me nice advice, Thank you.

I used windows batch file,

chcp 65001

cd “C:\Program Files\DVDFab\StreamFab”
c:

ffmpeg -i “e:\filepath\mkvsourcefile.mkv” -vcodec copy -acodec copy “z:\filepath\mkvsourcefile.mp4”

pause

For me 5.4 and 5.5 are broken, wrong or variable framerate, is a no go. With 5.5 I have also short freezes for a few seconds every minute application does not react, I tryed several things reinstalled and graphic card driver updated but it didn’t help

Thank you for all the files. Our team is working on resolving this as soon as possible. For now, I’d recommend rolling back to 5.3.6

Video AI | 5.3.6 | Mac
Video AI | 5.3.6 | Windows

Yes I did, I’m on 5.3.6 now (Windows), which works good for me.
