Hi. I just installed Video AI 4.0 from my preorder but when I hit ACTIVATE, it goes to your website and says all ok, but the program stays in trial mode. What is happening??
Mine won’t even oppened and my version will be osolete in 1 month 
When i click on the icon it does not react .

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
