Video AI 3.5.1 converts only half the movie

I’ve upscaled a lot of 1080p H265 episodes from 1080p to 4K, but since 3.5.1 (although the processing still takes the same amount of time – approx 8 hours on my M1 Macbook Pro) the output only seems to be like ± 2GB which is roughly half the episode.

Used settings:
Preset: Upscale to 4K
Output resolution: 2x Upscale (to prevent letterbox)
Enhancement profile: Proteus Progressive
Enhancement paramters: auto

Output encoder: H265 Main10
Bitrate: Constant 16Mbit
Audio: none
Container: MP4

Since the community forum learned me that more people seem to expect issues with 3.5.1 I’ll try to downgrade to 3.5.0 and do another run… Will update you tomorrow :slight_smile:

We have a new pre-release version of Video AI that includes a possible fix for the error you are experiencing in the app. Please test out this update if you have a few minutes and let us know if things are working as expected.

Hi Tony, do you also have this Alpjha build for MacOS?
I tried to change the extension of the download to .dmg and .pkg but neither seem to exist.
