Video AI 3.3.9

I just bought Topaz Video AI and the version is 3.3.9.
When trying to stabilize a video or upscale a video and I click on Export, nothing happens, not even a preview or a progress bar. Right now I wonder if I can get my money back? It would be great if Topaz would post an in depth tutorial on Video AI on youtube

Please read the documentation on the main website support pages and no need to post expletives as it is a complex piece of software that you need t.o learn about.

Note many thousands of people use it and there is help available from them on this forum or from support … but learn how to use it first.

Make sure you haven’t selected ‘Previews’ in the output box, as any export won’t show up there. Select ‘All Outputs’

Thanks, David 123; This did the trick. By selecting All Outputs I can finally see a progress bar and how long it will take to transform the video

Well , Don. The fact that there even is a help forum and also many users complain about different issues with the software proves that there are problems with the software. I successfully use all my other Topaz products without any problems. Unlike you, David.123 offered a helpful solution to my problem. Thanks again, David
