If I select multiple inputs and attempt an export, I get an error. Even if I select 2 files, this is not possible. This is an important feature for batch processing. I know that this was working previously, but not in the new version.

Simplify your file names - shorten them, remove commas spaces and dashes in them and try again.
can confirm same issue but i cannot EXPORT NOTHING AT ALL and my hardware is similar.
