Vertical images are exported in horizontal aspect cropping off top third of image

I shoot in CRAW and process through Photo AI on Windows 10. if I take a vertical shot Photo AI exports it as a horizontal file, this results in the top third of the image missing on the export.

Steps to reproduce issue:

I have tried customising image size with no effect

If you can take a screen recording of this behavior so I can see exactly what is happening, it will be helpful to ensure that we can replicate the workflow you are using to investigate.

Loom is a great free application for this: Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording

Thanks for the reply John
I have uploaded the original CRaw file and the output DNG file as requested.
Alterations made were 3% alignment, denoise and sharpen and file exported to preserve input format so converted to 16 bit DNG automatically

I also tried a few more files photographed vertically with the same result
