Why does Gigapixel 8 suck so much worse than version 7? It just freezes up when I try to preview or process a file. It used to be a great product, but version 8 is worthless garbage. Can I downgrade back to the latest version 7?

Refer to the article How to Downgrade for instructions on reverting.
Before updating to new versions, check that your graphics drivers are current and that your system meets the requirements.
