I am trying to upscale a 720x480 interlaced mp4 video using Dione DV’s automated settings, but I am not getting any audio in the export file.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
Here is a video to help with the steps of how to collect the logs.
Sometimes, swapping the Audio Mode to convert can help in situations where the audio tracks are not copied over to the export when running into a compatibility issue with the original source and chosen export codec and container.

Log files were sent via email on 3/16, and I have received no response.
