Using multiple filters at the same time can sometimes cause out-of-memory errors or reduced performance with our AI models. I’d recommend trying the same clip again after changing the “Max Memory Usage” setting to 50% or even 20% to see if there’s an improvement in stability.
This isn’t a limitation of the total amount of memory available on the system, but a limitation of each model ‘competing’ for the same memory access during processing.
I have just purchased and installed V4 (4.0.1) and have the same problem. Just a red “Error” on view 2.
Lowering the processing memory made no difference and I tried several models.
My computer:
i7-12700H 32GB, RTX3070 Ti (Laptop) 8GB Driver 511.65 Win11 22H2
I’ve tried several files (H264, WMV, MPEG2) and all just produce the error.

I just purchased the software and every export I get is static. I checked and max processing is at 100. From the requirements I should be okay I have INTEL UHD Graphics 620, 16 GB installed Ram. When I do export: Preset None, Video crop, output resolution frame rate 29.97, stabilization off, motion deblur off, slow motion none, Apollo, Duplicate frames replace, enhancement Off, H264 mp4 export. Let me know if I need to adjust anything
Thanks Jacky. The chat icon does not appear for me in Firefox. I tried Chrome and it does appear.
I’m going to install the latest version on my studio computer (Threadripper, 64GB, GTX1080ti Win10) to see if I can get it to work there before contacting support.
