Photo AI v2.0 is nearly there. Far fewer anomalies creep in during denoise and sharpen. I feel more confident using it as my primary edit rather than Denoise and Sharpen AI. I don’t think I’ll bother with white balance or lighting corrections, I’ll leave that to Lightroom. Autopilot Subject Selection is still a bit hit-or-miss

Are there any news about the „Blurry Titles“ Issue? When this finally will be fixed?

About the aspect 1 blurry patch, no significant improvements.
About the aspect 2 grainy patch, certain improvement from the last beta, related to the thing you pointed out here (grains around body) https://community.topazlabs.com/t/status-track-photo-ai-enhance-resolution-upscaling-model-radom-tile-inconsistency-issue-fix/49418/30?u=yuan.liang. Possibly a beta in the next week.
The status will be updated in that thread, so if no update on that thread, then no update from our side.
