I’ve attempted to install Ver. 2.1.0 on Win 11 laptop without luck. Topaz AI downloads update but will not install. Restarting the laptop has not solved the issue.
Looking forward to receiving your advice in solving this issue.

Don’t forget to supply the necessary information such as:

Installer Log File that can be found in C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Photo AI\Logs

Any screenshots as necessary if there are errors installing.
I have the same problem. I also run Windows 11. I attach the two files you requested. There are no error messages - the 2 updates that showed up about two weeks ago just fails to run.

Hi, Successfully updated to Ver. 2.1.1 this morning without any snags. Topaz AI appears to be running ok.
And I also successfully downloaded version 2.1.1 - seems there was some kind of bug with 2.1.0 which was resolved with 2.1.1!! Thanks for fixing this!
