Upgraded to Video Enhance AI 2.4.0 when it became available. (early August). Used it some, then moved on to other projects. Now, here we are on 09-02-2021, and I launch VEAI - it is in Demo mode. I’m trying to do some work here, Topaz - do I need to purchase again? It’s reverted to watermarked output, like you said would never happen. And yes, I pay the annual fee.

I don’t know what the pin is you are talking about. I see a menu with about 20 choices to chose from. When on the main site, I just see a ‘FAQ-style’ help, and no place to open a support ticket.
(click on ‘Contact Us’ does nothing…)
Pinned … just means if you enter the forum then the instructions are at the top of the page.
Just use the Ask button at the top of the dialog with this symbol on any page of the Topaz Labs website …
Then click on Ask …
