When working with a very panorama (tiff) it distorts the image, doesn’t show the entire image and when viewing the original, just shows black (all modes of viewing).
Steps to reproduce issue:
Load 16 bit tiff image: 17603 x 4596 pixels (822.2MB) image from Photos (either from drop down menu when in edit mode or directly editing the original image) or by directly loading original image into Topaz Photo AI
Smaller images don’t have this issue (ex: 16 bit TIFF 13013x4918 pixels (512 MB)
Running on Mac Studio M2 64 GB, Sonoma 14.5, Topaz Photo AI 3.1.2
Would you mind sending in some more information to get a better understanding of the problem you are having with this particular type of image? Please send the following information:
The original image file.
The processed image.

I just finished uploading the original file. As the file doesn’t load into the application properly, I did not try to process it at all.
What I see when I load it is just part of the image with a large part of it missing. And as mentioned, the preview side just shows black in all cases.
I suspect it is related to the file size with some memory issue within the app. Similar panoramas uploaded (also same formats) but smaller (one example is 512 MB versus this problem file being 822 MB) have no issues.
Any questions or things you would like me to try, just let me know.
