The bug / behavior you have encountered : Exporting (any) video with any encoder seems to no longer populate the output window. Exception to (my attempts) is H265 10bit will populate an item when preview is pressed, but will not populate with an export. However, Topaz Video AI is indeed processing the video, just not displaying such (identified by task manager and also the eventual output of a completed video).

Your system profile : It is noteworthy that I had introduced an additional factor into this issue, an MSI RTX 4090 was installed the same day that Video AI was updated to 3.4.2 - perhaps the new hardware is the issue.

- Your log files (Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support) - attached
- Any screenshots as necessary - attached. In the screenshot, 1 item is in the output area, this appears when pressing “Preview”, however, it recieves no progress updates, displays no information that others do such as downloading models, and will never display an updated preview, there is no way to know when it has finished. Pressing the export button will not populate the output area, and visually appears to do nothing (but does actually eventually produce a file).
I’ll gladly assist in helping to recreate the finding.
Also, thank you for all your hard work, I appreciate it. The two-pass enhancement and AV1 support are amazing features
