V3.2.1 LrC Edit In Bug

[Please describe your issue here. Try to include logs (Help → Logging) and add screenshots if necessary.] When using edit with plug ins the save to LRC feature hangs up. If I close the window after allowing sufficent time for it to actually export to LRC I can eventually find the photo in LRC in DNG format but Topaz has changed the capture date to the date I processed it in Topaz.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 - Chose Edit with Plug in - Topaz AI
  2. Step 2 - apply edits in Topaz - I did add sharpen subject and both added to subject and subtracted areas that were not part of the subject.
  3. Step 3 - Save to LRC - it processes and then moves to export. It gets hung up there with the wheel spinning. After several minutes I clicked on the X of the processing window. It then asked me if I was sure. I clicked on the X again. It took me back to the original screen showing the imported picture. I then clicked on the X to exit Topaz. I finally found the DNG photo saved with the a new capture date of the date and time Topaz edited the picture.

Let’s try to reset your Lightroom plugin to try and get it working for you. You can follow the directions below to reset your Lightroom plugin:

  1. Close Lightroom fully.
  2. Run the Topaz Photo AI installer again. Get a new one from the downloads page: Topaz Labs Downloads
  3. Open Lightroom and check the File > Plug-ins Extras again.

Let me know if those steps get it working again.

If it does not, open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top, and click the ‘Help > Open Log Folder’ menu option. Please send in all the files located in this folder.

It took multiple reinstalls of both lrc and topaz. It’s finally working with version 3.2.0. I haven’t tried with the newer updates
