V2.3.0 breaks/dumps on each image I open on Mac

Every time I open an .ARW file the program stops without any notification. How should I work with it?

Also if you can, please try to recreate this error message in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this email.

thanks for caring, and sorry for the late response, was on a business trip and away from my Mac Studio. Today, I’ve installed the new Version Topaz Photo AI 2.3.1, and I’m experiencing the same problem. So I uploaded the Log Folder and my system report to this Dropbox File Request Link.

To reproduce the error: On my Mac Studio 2022 M1 Max with 32GB and 2 TB HD on Sonoma 14.2.1, open “Topaz Photo AI” Application directly. Try to open any image file with “Browse Images” such as IMAGE.ARW and the program breaks down and closes without any message.
